Hi I'm Claire - a Level 3 personal trainer and group exercise trainer with a BSc Hons in Sport & Physical Activity. My idea of fun is playing rugby, competing in CrossFit comps and eating as much carbs and cake as I can in between to fuel my training and performance goals. 

I have a 10 year background in corporate sales, so I know first hand that it's no piece of cake... (can't stop thinking of CAKE now!) achieving a healthy, rewarding lifestyle with the pressure (that we more often than not place on ourselves) to be an everyday badass. So if you're searching for a trainer who will support and encourage you whilst giving you a challenge and most importantly making exercise fun and sustainable - hit me up!

Always wanted to try weight training but haven't got a clue where to start? I've got you; with my help you can discover how to use weights correctly and confidently. Training with body weight, resistance machines or free weights, provides multiple benefits including, improved cardiovascular systems, toning, sculpting not to mention HUGE mental health GAINS.

Surprise yourself by achieving things you didn't think yourself capable of, better still, you'll find yourself doing it with a smile on your face (easily mistaken for a grimace!).

We will weigh it all up! But not in the way you think - I'm all for supporting you with a healthy eating approach, but if there's one thing I've learned in life it's that life's too short to pass on food! When we concentrate on reaching our performance related goals, your first ever pull up or lifting something heavy and putting it back down again, just because then you're going  need to fuel your body!
