Personalised sessions to bring out your best at a time and style to suit you.
In your initial session, we'll get to know each other and take stock of your current fitness, lifestyle, daily schedule and exercise preferences. We'll then discuss and set your personal fitness goals (these can be anything you want, from running a half marathon to just generally feeling better).
I will then write a personal plan which will include your training schedule inside and outside the gym. Next, we'll work through your plan together, at a pace that suits you. We'll keep it fun and I'll be there to motivate you, my role is to ensure that you push yourself but also that you feel entirely comfortable with the programme and progress.
Prefer to train with a friend or partner? No problem, I also offer small group sessions.
